A careful first installation takes only a few steps. Keep your delivery email nearby and close Revit before you begin.
Start with the email sent to you.
Your TURNER+ delivery email contains the approved installer, activation information, support link and billing details. Do not share those links or details.

Check compatibility
Confirm the supported Revit version on the product page before downloading. TURNER+ products require Windows x64 and Revit must already be installed.

Use the approved download
Open the installer link in your TURNER+ delivery email. Do not use installers forwarded from another person or hosted by an unknown website.

Close Revit
Save your work and close every open Revit session before starting the installer.

Run the installer
Follow the installer prompts. Where supported, the installer detects compatible Revit versions already installed on the computer.

Open Revit
Restart Revit and look for the TURNER+ product in the Add-Ins ribbon. Revit may ask you to confirm that the add-in can load.

Activate carefully
Use the activation details supplied for your order. Keep licence and activation information private.
