Landscape information rarely arrives in one neat shape.
Landscape information does not always arrive as a clean 3D model. Sometimes it is a detailed Revit site model. Sometimes it is a collection of 2D regions from a landscape architect.
Terra works with both.Select the title boundary, building footprint, pervious surfaces, deep-soil areas, soil exclusions and tree canopies. Terra measures the geometry, removes overlaps, identifies what sits outside the title or beneath built form and explains which areas satisfy the confirmed standard.
Nothing in the model is altered. Every mapped element remains traceable.
