Purchase terms.

1. What you are buying

A TURNER+ subscription provides a time-limited licence to use the selected software product while the subscription remains active. You can choose monthly billing or discounted annual billing where both options are offered.

2. Prices and payment

Website prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable tax and the final total are shown in checkout before payment is confirmed.

Payment is processed by Creem acting as merchant of record. TURNER+ does not receive or store complete card details.

3. Renewal and cancellation

Monthly plans renew each month. Annual plans renew each year. The renewal amount and date are shown before payment and in the order record.

You may cancel future renewal through the Creem Customer Portal before the next charge. Cancellation stops the next renewal and does not end access already paid for. The licence remains active until the end of the current billing period unless a refund or payment reversal requires earlier cancellation.

4. Compatibility

Revit is required and is not included. Before purchasing, check the product page for the supported Revit version, Windows environment and current release status. Compatibility outside the published environment is not promised.

5. Delivery and activation

A signed licence and installation instructions are issued after the completed payment has been verified. Licence delivery is not automated from the public website. You must provide a working email address and any reasonable information needed to prepare the licence.

6. Student pricing

The student promotion provides prices almost 60% below standard pricing and is available to verified current architecture students. Eligibility requires a current institution-issued student email and is rechecked each year. Student licences are personal, non-transferable and intended for study and portfolio work. Student pricing continues while annual verification succeeds. If eligibility cannot be verified, TURNER+ will notify the customer before changing a future renewal to the standard price or ending student access. TURNER+ may decline or withdraw the discount if eligibility information is false or no longer current.

7. Product status and updates

Products may be offered in beta or early-access form when that status is clearly shown. Beta software may contain defects and may change during development. Updates for the purchased product are included while the subscription remains active for the supported versions listed on the product page.

8. Refunds and consumer rights

The TURNER+ Refund Policy applies in addition to any rights you have under applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Licence terms

Use of the software is also governed by the TURNER+ Software Licence Terms. If you do not accept those terms, do not install or use the software.
