Information TURNER+ receives

When you make a purchase, the checkout provider may share information needed to fulfil the order, such as your name, email address, billing country, purchased product, order identifier and payment status. TURNER+ does not receive or store complete payment card details.

If you contact TURNER+, we receive the information you choose to include. Licence records may contain the licence holder name, email, product, licence dates and activation information.

How information is used

Information is used to verify purchases, issue and support licences, respond to enquiries, prevent misuse, maintain transaction records and meet legal obligations. TURNER+ does not sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising.

Student verification

Student eligibility is verified through access to a current institution-issued student email address and rechecked each year. TURNER+ uses that information only to assess eligibility. Do not send student numbers, government identifiers, dates of birth, grades, payment information or passwords.

Customer accounts

The customer account uses a secure browser cookie to keep you signed in. Email sign-in links are one-use, expire after 15 minutes and are stored only as cryptographic hashes. Account sessions expire after 30 days. Product access, licence resend and machine transfer activity is recorded for security and support.

Service providers

Hosting, email and checkout providers process limited information to deliver their services. Creem handles checkout, subscription management, payment information, tax and related transaction records under its privacy terms. Resend delivers transactional account, activation and support emails after it is configured. TURNER+ limits provider access to what is reasonably needed for the relevant service.

Retention and security

TURNER+ keeps purchase, licence and support records only for as long as reasonably needed for fulfilment, support, security, accounting and legal obligations. Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect those records.

Your choices

You may ask what personal information TURNER+ holds about you, request a correction, or ask a privacy question by emailing hello@turner-plus.com. Some records may need to be retained where required by law or needed to establish a transaction or licence.

Website data

The catalogue does not currently use advertising or audience-analytics scripts. Hosting and security systems process network requests needed to deliver and protect the website.
