Software licence terms.

1. Licence grant

Subject to payment and these terms, TURNER+ grants the licence holder a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use the purchased product during the licence term in the supported environment stated on the product page.

2. Licence term

A monthly subscription provides a one-month licence term and an annual subscription provides a 12-month licence term. The subscription renews at the selected interval until future renewal is cancelled. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and the licence continues until the end of the paid billing period.

3. Individual, team and student licences

An individual licence is for the person identified in the order. A team or school must obtain enough licences for its intended users unless TURNER+ agrees to another arrangement in writing.

A student licence is for the verified student only. It may be used for coursework, study and personal portfolio work, and must not be shared, transferred or resold.

4. Permitted use

You may use the product in supported Revit projects and may use the product output in your own project work. You remain responsible for reviewing all output, confirming the applicable standards and planning controls, and exercising professional judgement.

5. Restrictions

You must not share activation material, publish licence data, resell or sublicense the product, bypass activation controls, reverse engineer the product except where law expressly permits it, or use the product to create a competing copy of its software or interface.

6. Ownership

TURNER+ retains ownership of the software, documentation, branding and all associated intellectual property. The purchase grants a licence to use the software and does not transfer ownership.

7. Updates and support

Updates for the purchased product may be provided during the licence term. Support applies to the published compatible environment. Support for additional Revit versions, operating systems or third-party software is not implied.

8. Beta and early-access software

If a product is identified as beta or early access, you acknowledge that it is still being tested and may contain defects. This does not remove any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Suspension or termination

TURNER+ may suspend or terminate a licence obtained through fraud, payment reversal, unauthorised sharing or a serious breach of these terms. Where reasonably possible, TURNER+ will contact the licence holder before taking action.

10. Consumer rights and liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights under the Australian Consumer Law or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, TURNER+ is not responsible for indirect loss, lost profits or loss caused by relying on unchecked software output.
